When I started art therapy at four years old, I expressed myself through visual culture. Thus, I have been drawn to studying visual culture, processes, and rituals as a result of this integral hobby.
What is most important to me in art is not the output or the result of my artwork, but the process and what that elicits. That's usually the question I ask myself in museums: "What was the artist thinking? How does the audience view this painting, and interpret it throughout time?"
The mediums I use include acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and ink. I hope to expand to Indian methods while abroad in 2023-2024.
